Registration notes
After you submit a registration, you will be emailed an approval of application for the tournament with payment details.
Payment
All teams now have the option to pay online via credit card. Standard Stripe processing and transaction fees apply. Teams can also mail in a check if they choose. Please make all checks payable to.

Prizes
Once again, we will be giving away free Bomb Squad shirts for hitting homeruns. We will also have a free bat giveaway contest. A player in 14u, 16u and 18u will be chosen to receive a free bat.
Cancelation Policy
Teams dropping out with more than 30 days before tourny will receive a 50% refund. Teams dropping with less than 30 days before tourny will receive no refund.

2023 PGF Badger Summer Showcase Rules
All event notifications including weather delays, schedule changes and game results will be posted on Tourney Machine, Outlawz Twitter and Facebook page.
Tournament directors reserve the right to change the format of the tournament in case of weather/unforeseen circumstances.
There will be a $75 gate fee per team. This is due prior to your first game. If paying day of tournament please pay when you check in. Checks can be written out to Wisconsin Outlawz Fastpitch.
PGF rules (NFHS) apply with the following exceptions:
ALL GAMES
- Home team will be determined by a coin flip
- No new inning will start after 1 hour 15 min
- Games can begin up to 30 min prior to the scheduled start time except for the 1st game of the day. First game may start early IF BOTH TEAMS AGREE
- Run Rule: 10 after 4, 8 after 5, 6 after 6
- Home team will be the official scorer
- If an injury occurs while you are roster batting and the player cannot continue, her spot in the lineup will be removed without effect.
- 60 seconds between innings, leniency will be given for last out by a catcher.
- No huddling after an out. A warning will be issues for first offense, a ball on the batter will be awarded for any additional offenses.
- If you are ejected, you must leave the sight/ sound of the field within 1 minute or the game may be called a forfeit.
- A player, coach, or manager ejected from a game is ineligible to participate in the next game.
- Either home or away team please assign someone to run the scoreboard.
- No team shall consist of a roster full of players that have already competed in college. Up to 4 players that have competed at the college level and are still age appropriate (18 or younger before Jan 1st , 2022) will be allowed per team.
- Pitching is START BACK NOT STEP BACK
POOL PLAY
Games can end in a tie.
Batting options: Book rule (9 or DP/Flex) or entire roster. Needs to be known at coach/umpire meeting.
If Book rule batting, courtesy runner must follow PGF rules
IF YOU CHOOSE TO BAT THE ROSTER the courtesy runner for pitcher/ catcher is last completed at bat.

Bracket Play: Batting lineup is same as Pool Play. May bat roster, 9 or DP/Flex No new inning after 1 hr 15 min If a game is tied after completion ITB will go into effect at the start of the inning. The last completed at bat will start at second. IF this is a pitcher or a catcher a courtesy runner can be used IF THEY ARE THE PITCHER OR CATCHER OF RECORD.
CHECK-IN All teams must check-in at their respective fields.
Tournament Refund Policy: Inclement weather refunds as follows 1 – No games played – Full refund minus $100 admin fee 2 – 1 game played – 50% refund 3 – 2 games played – No refund
There will be zero tolerance from fans towards umpires. Coaches you are responsible for your fans. Umpires will give 1 warning to any unruly fan unless the umpires decides otherwise. If they continue to be unruly, they will be asked to leave the facility along with the head coach. Coaches you have the right to question and appeal a call. Please do so in an appropriate manner. Then whatever decision is made will be final and end of discussion.
