4 game guarantee 3 seeded pool into single elim 90 minute pool games/100 minute bracket games Gene Campbell Sports Park- Conroe, TX Teams may receive a full refund if requested 3 weeks or more before event start date. No refunds will be issued during the 2 weeks before event start date
​Act of God Refund Policy If an event is lost due to weather or any Act of God (i.e. COVID-19), the entry fee will be refunded via check minus the 20% administration fee. ​ If one game is played you will receive 50% of entry fee. If two or more games are played there is no refund.
$5K TO THE WINNER IN EACH AGE GROUP (There must be an avg minimum of 30 teams in each division to receive the maximum payout)
