DETAILS: $895 Entry Fee + PAP 5 Game Exposure Round Robin TFL POINTS & STATS
5 game guarantee 90 minute games Teams may receive a full refund if requested 3 weeks or more before event start date. No refunds will be issued during the 2 weeks before event start date ​Act of God Refund Policy If an event is lost due to weather or any Act of God (i.e. COVID-19), the entry fee will be refunded via check minus the 20% administration fee. ​ If one game is played you will receive 50% of entry fee. If two or more games are played there is no refund.
Hot Corner Events is dedicated to providing a safe, healthy, and enjoyable environment for every athlete, parent, and coach participating in our events. We are committed to upholding the highest standards of conduct, ensuring that each individual can fully immerse themselves in the competition without any concerns. To achieve this, we have established a comprehensive Code of Conduct that outlines the expectations for coaches, parents, and athletes. HCE designates the Head Coach as the primary point of contact, and this established communication path will continue to guide our interactions. The following are the minimum expected guidelines for conduct:
Serve as the primary communication link to parents, coaches, and athletes of their respective teams. Treat each athlete, official, director, coach, and parent with dignity and respect. Familiarize themselves with and adhere to the rules of the game. Respect and comply with the authority of the game officials and tournament directors present at scheduled games. Support game officials and tournament directors' interpretations and decisions with respect to HCE events. Uphold the purpose and integrity of youth sports. Be responsible for the conduct of assistant coaches, parents, team fans, and athletes during HCE Events. PARENT/FAN EXPECTATIONS
Treat each athlete, official, director, coach, and parent with dignity and respect. Respect and comply with the authority of the game officials and tournament directors present at scheduled games. Support game officials and tournament directors' interpretations and decisions with respect to HCE events. Uphold the purpose and integrity of youth sports. Encourage athletes, coaches, and officials during HCE events. OFFICIALS AND TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR EXPECTATIONS
Serve as the primary communication link to coaches and athletes for their respective teams. Treat each athlete, official, director, coach, and parent with dignity and respect. Learn and understand the rules of the game. Maintain an impartial competitive contest. Support umpire officials and tournament directors' interpretations and decisions with respect to HCE events. Uphold the purpose and integrity of youth sports. The following conduct will not be tolerated at HCE events.
Abusive or offensive language of any type directed at an official, tournament director, coach, athlete, or parent, including abusive or offensive language directed at your own team, athletes, or parents. Unsportsmanlike conduct of any type. Unprofessional conduct of any type. Physical altercation with an official, tournament director, coach, athlete, or parent. Any abusive or offensive actions of any type directed at an official, tournament director, coach, athlete, or parent. RESULTS FOR NON-TOLERATED CONDUCT
In the event of abusive, offensive, or unsportsmanlike behavior (non-physical contact), the game official or tournament director may take appropriate actions they deem necessary, which may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Request the Head Coach to address and calm the situation with their team's parents/fans.
Restrict the coach to the dugout for the remainder of the game and eject the offending parent/fan(s).
Eject the coach for the remainder of the game and the following game. The offending parent/fan will be ejected for the rest of the game and the following game.
Forfeit the game and the following game (if applicable).
Remove the offending fan, coach, player, or team from the tournament without refunds.
In the event of a parent or fan ejection, the head coach of the offending team may also be ejected at the umpire or tournament director's discretion.
In the event of a physical altercation involving officials, tournament directors, coaches, athletes, or parents/fans, the team will forfeit the rest of the tournament, and the matter will be turned over to local law officials for review. The coach will be banned from participating in HCE events for a period of 1 year.
HCE reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary to promote the safety of its events, participants, and officials, even if not explicitly listed above. We sincerely appreciate your support and understanding in helping us maintain a fun and positive environment for all attendees at HCE events.
